We perform CNC machining on a 5-axis MIKRON CNC center, type HPM 450U.
The 5-axis CNC milling center MIKRON, type HPM 450U, is a powerful five-axis device for universal production, on which we mainly carry out orders in the field of production of molds for injection molding of plastics and pressure casting of non-ferrous metals. We are also able to machine parts according to customer requirements from steel, non-ferrous metals and plastics.

How it works
1.
Metal block
The starting material is a metal blank - for example, an aluminium block or a steel cylinder. This is clamped in a CNC machine that works with it automatically.
2.
Precision cutting
The cutting tools, controlled by computer according to a 3D model, gradually remove the excess material. Precise shapes with high dimensional and surface quality are created.
3.
Final shape
After machining, the finished part is ready for use or with only minimal modifications such as polishing, drilling or threading.
