GDPR - General Data Protection Regulation
General Data Protection Regulation, the full name of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.
The main purpose of this regulation is to harmonise the regulation of personal data protection and strengthen the rights of data subjects, and therefore to improve the control of the handling of personal data
In accordance with this principle, the school operates according to the newly set rules for the protection of personal data in both paper and electronic form.
What is personal data?
any information about an identified or identifiable natural person (hereinafter referred to as 'data subject'); an identifiable natural person is a natural person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, a network identifier or to one or more specific elements of the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person
