Injection molding
Injection moulding of plastics is carried out on injection moulding machines from a clamping force of 35t up to 250t. For prototype and small series moulds we use our own universal frame system (UNR).
The moulds are designed and manufactured by INNOMIA a.s. Injection moulding of plastics is carried out in cooperation with our partner moulding plant, where we rely on the many years of experience of this company in the field. Our partnership has therefore lasted for more than 10 years. The quality guarantor is INNOMIA a.s.

Advantages Injection molding
How it works
Material injection
The plastic granulate is heated in the extruder to a melting temperature and the molten material is injected under high pressure into a closed mould.
Cooling and solidification
The plastic granulate is heated in the extruder to a melting temperature and the molten material is injected under high pressure into a closed mould.
Removal of the moulding
The plastic granulate is heated in the extruder to a melting temperature and the molten material is injected under high pressure into a closed mould.
